The No Cry Sleep Solution

Test Mommy Lauren and baby Zoey – New York USA

How old was your baby when you used The No-Cry Sleep Solution?
Nine months

How old is your baby now?
15 1/2 months

Do you have other children?

When you first met Elizabeth, what was your sleep situation?
My daughter woke every two hours on the dot to eat and be held back to sleep.

How is your baby sleeping now?
Through the night, from 8:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

What setbacks or problems did you need to overcome?
When my daughter got a cold, she had trouble breathing, so I let her fall asleep in my arms.

How did you overcome them?
Once she was well, we just began the routine over, and it was much easier this time around (and quicker).

What one most important piece of advice would you give parents of a night-waking baby?
Be patient!

Did you ever try a cry-it-out method? What happened?
Yes, it was very painful for my daughter and us to watch her go through that.

What surprised you most about Elizabeth’s program?
She explained every step one at a time and really talked us through it.

How did your husband or partner help throughout the process?
He was very supportive. We were really at our wits’ end and felt it was either this or nothing!

Did your pediatrician know what you were up to? What kind of feedback did you get from him/her?
He kept telling me to just let her cry, that there was no reason for her to still be up at night the way she was.

Did you have any friends or a support group during your sleep plan? How did they help?
They were all very sympathetic, but they too said I should just let her cry.

How did Elizabeth help you?
Through all of the ups and downs, she was right there with us, every step of the way.

How does it feel to sleep all night?
I never knew sleep could be this good!
